|Kathleen Kearney, CTC|
After living abroad for a few years, Kathy developed a passion for travel. She joined a large New England company in 1972 and had the opportunity to work all over the world with individuals and with special groups and incentive travel programs. In 1989, she formed Katlin Travel Group with the initial intention of working with just incentive travel. Because of the Gulf War and the resulting slow down in award-type travel, she expanded Katlin's horizons and became involved in individual leisure and corporate travel. Katlin Travel Group's reputation earned an invitation to become a member of Virtuoso, the world's most prestigious travel organization. Kathy has hosted travel segments on radio and television and, with a wonderful staff, has nurtured a roster of clientele with interests in business travel, special interest travel, family and adventure travel and incentive travel programs around the world.
Originally from Jerusalem, Bea emigrated to Boston in 1968 and immediately began working in travel. Nancy has been involved in many facets of the travel business for over 30 years . Italy and the Caribbean are two of Nancy's areas of expertise. However, she recently visited Viet Nam, Greece, and Turkey, taking away a heightened understanding of cultural similarities. For Nancy designing a trip is like weaving an Anatolian carpet. Tapping into her client's personal experiences as well as her own creates a unique journey for the next traveler. She enjoys customizing an itinerary to fit each client's interests and expectations. Like the Anatolian carpet each trip is woven differently. When not traveling, Nancy enjoys golf, reading, boating and gardening. Within her community she is active in St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church in Sudbury and the High School Student Exchange Committee.

Part of the travel industry since 1979, Nancy is an expert in Caribbean destinations and has diverse perspectives on many islands through hotel stays and cruising. She has used the Caribbean to design family, business, and romantic trips, and she knows Europe just as well. From bus tours through Ireland, vacationing in castles in the UK, staying in French boutique hotels, and cruising the Rhine in a 400 foot riverboat, Nancy knows all that Europe can offer. She has also been to Thailand, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Her last visit to Asia was a tour of world-renowned hotels and spas in celebration of her 25th Wedding anniversary. When she's not traveling, Nancy enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and dancing.
Janet has been bringing her unique approach to the travel industry for over 25 years. Instead of focusing on any single aspect, she prefers to attend to all of her clients' business and leisure travel needs. In a given day Janet may research family vacations in the Caribbean, romantic weekend getaways, plan a business trip to Asia or the Middle East, secure meeting space for a small corporate account, and arrange private tai chi lessons for clients visiting China. She enjoys the variety and excitement of this method, particularly the opportunity to satisfy her clients' most specific wishes and interests. Outside of travel, Janet enjoys spending time with her family & friends, gardening, and walking.
Carly discovered her love of travel when she spent her Junior Year Abroad in Paris. Along with studying French and art history, she explored continental Europe. 20 years later, in 1983, she joined the industry and continued to travel extensively in the Caribbean, Russia, Africa, and Asia. Carly prefers to design trips for cultural and intellectual enrichment. Small ship cruising, family reunions, and small group travel are among her specialties. One of her passions outside of travel is fine art. She has visited and sent clients to some of the great galleries of the world.

After 21 years in the travel business and extensive travel on 6 continents, Joan's personal interest has shifted toward more adventurous, up close and personal travel experiences. She's seen the natural marine and bird life of the Galapagos and the wildlife of Africa, the highlands of Peru in Cuzco and Macchu Picchu and the rainforests of the Amazon. She's been hiking in Patagonia and the Atacama Desert in Chile, and she's delighted in the natural wonders of New Zealand. Of course, she still enjoys the luxury of 5 star hotels and small ship cruising. For Joan, variety is what it’s all about. She thinks it’s fun to be able to mix travel experiences, depending on where you’re at in any particular time in your life.
